Lebanon County CourtsGovernmentImpacted of Judicial Emergency effective from March 17, 2020 through March 30, 2020. During the period of judicial emergency, in person filings will not be accepted in the row offices, absent exigent circumstances. This applies to the Court of Common Pleas as well as the Magisterial District Courts. Filings may be made via mail, email or facsimile (fax). Email and/or fax filings will need to be followed by the original document (with original signatures) via mail and include the appropriate filing fee if any. Filings submitted by either email or fax will be time stamped upon receipt and preserve filing dates provided originals are received. To the extent possible all currently scheduled hearings will be conducted via video conference or teleconference where appropriate. If a hearing cannot be conducted by alternative means, it will be rescheduled. Individuals having cases scheduled with the court will receive information concerning their specific case. Questions should be directed to Court Administration at (717) 228-4440. As designated Court Departments, these restrictions apply to Domestic Relations and Probation Services. Payments may be mailed directly to PA SCDU in Harrisburg. For inquiries, please contact the Domestic Relations Office via telephone at (717) 228-4480. With regard to Probation Services, visits to the office should be limited to those directed by Probation Services, such as scheduled appointments and reporting as directed for drug testing. Other inquiries should be limited to email or telephone at (717) 273-1557.
